About Jennifer

I have worked as a preschool teacher and childcare center program director for over 20 years. I have a degree in education and lots of training in child development, health and safety, early childhood development, and much more. I am also CPR/First Aide training. I have three children of my own ages 11, 15, and 17. I'm looking for a job that gives me fulfillment and meaning. I like going home at night feeling like I made a positive difference to someone that day. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. We spend lots of time outside. One thing you should know about me is that I am a very dependable and hardworking person. I have a passion for children, and enjoying watching them grow and learn. My skills include being patient, flexible, and truly valuing building good relationships. I feel that having a good relationship with a child allows them to feel safe and loved, which opens the door for children to feel confident to explore and learn new things.
