About Cecilia

Hi, I'm Cecilia! I'm a dependable, cheerful, compassionate 25-year-old former elementary schoolteacher with a love for kids and a passion for fun activities. During my time as a teacher, I mentored kids in a combined 3rd/4th grade classroom, so I have lots of practice caring for multiple children's needs at once! To maintain a safe classroom and keep things running smoothly, I used effective classroom management strategies, balancing firmness with kindness and understanding. Alongside school, my students and I loved to have fun - I planned picnics, created learning games, led guitar sing-alongs, and directed a school play, which the kids loved! As a nanny, I'd be excited to help care for your children and have fun with them! I love reading, crafts, cooking and baking, singing in my church choir, theater, games, and spending time outdoors.
