Jennifer saved my mother's life. She only worked with my mom a few times before my mother went to respite. Family was not allowed to visit my mom, so Jennifer offered to visit her in respite to check on her. Once she got there my mom was found in horrible conditions, Jennifer immediately contacted me and we were able to get her out of there. Without Jennifer going I truly believe my mother would have died there. We owe Jennifer everything, not only does she take beautiful care of my mother, she also offers emotional support to my father. She is a godsend, and we would be lost without her.
