I have many references from families that I have taken care of their moms dads children. I have done this kind of work for over 20 years. Very reliable and I'm a missionary with my church.

De was caring for my 81 year old mother before she moved away to Florida. She started in January and worked nights 7:30pm to 7:30am. De was never late and she also never called off. She worked until her move date May 27,2025. We miss her and unfortunately wish she didn’t have to move. But life happens. We are just thankful for the time she cared for our mother.She was very experienced with patients with Alzheimer’s and was very compassionate and understanding with all that comes with the disease. De was very dependable, always showing up on time no matter the weather. She took excellent care of my mom for about 3 years. 

De helped us take care of my mother for the last many months of her life. Mom had Alzheimer's and then had two strokes, so her needs were complex. I am also super picky and demanding about the quality of care Mom received.

I hired MANY (at least 12-20) caregivers over the few years of Mom's illness, as Mom required lots of supervision and agency aides seemed to turn over super frequently. 

My only regret is that I didn't find De earlier. De is BY FAR the best caregiver I hired, and I searched high and low and went through two different agencies before finding De. 

De is incredibly kind, respectful, reliable, skilled, trustworthy, and absolutely fabulous in every way. You won't regret hiring her, except maybe to regret, like I did, that you didn't find her sooner.

De was a life saver for my family. She kindly and professionally helped take care of my mother who had Alzheimer's, and she made all the difference in the world. During the last 18 months of Mom's life, we went through dozens of aides through agencies -- some were good, most were not, and none of them lasted more than a few weeks due to the high turnover at the agencies (we tried more than one!). De, on the other hand, was incredibly reliable, superbly kind, and just a wonderful person. She was fantastic with my mom and always willing to do whatever she could to help. She was so kind to Mom, and she was kind to us, her family. She is very competent and skillful and comfortable doing everything Mom needed -- from taking her on outings when she was still strong to sponge baths during Mom's final days. De was also very helpful around the house, always willing to do cleaning and other chores during her down time. I wish every family who needed in-home care for their family could find someone like De. I know very well how hard it is to find safe, trustworthy, competent, reliable, and kind help. De is all that and more. She was our angel.

I am pleased to write a review for De. She has cared for me for fourteen years. De has helped me with personal care. And she has gone out of her way and worked for me on holidays. She is very trustworthy and reliable. De has helped me with organizing trips for me to take to see my family and even drove me to and from airport. She goes above and beyond her job.

De has helped our family in a variety of ways.  She began working for us in 2004, taking care of my Mother.  De provided housekeeping, meal prep, personal care including incontinent care and showers, assisted with home therapy programs,  transfers, and became not just a companion for my mother but a friend.  She took my Mother on outings in the community and assisted us in traveling with my Mom so she could go out of town for several days to a special family event.  De is responsible and dependable.  She worked late hours so that my Mom could stay out of bed longer and never canceled due to bad weather, even in the middle of winter.  De is honest, a hard worker, very caring, and dedicated to her clients.  She treats her clients with dignity and respect.  She follows directions well.  When my Mom had to go into a nursing home or the hospital I could count on De's help in those situations.  I have referred De to several friends and they all were very pleased with her abilities.  She treats those she works with as if they were her own family, going above and beyond for her clients welfare.  Here is just one example, out of many, about the kind of person De is. When we first brought my Mom home from the nursing home to live with us we knew there would be lots of people coming and going and needing to park - Meals on Wheels, the nurse, social worker, home health aides, etc.  We ordered a huge pile of rocks delivered to expand the driveway.  De was leaving after her shift, took one look at us shoveling those heavy stones to lay them out, and picked up a shovel to help.  She was off duty and could have simply left.  She is always trying to lend a hand or provide comfort.  She is one in a million!
