We hired Jen to care for our 1yr old, she worked with us for 3 months. She was playful and energetic, safe, and followed a daily schedule consistently, and was flexible. Unfortunately, we left this very disappointed. After bonding with or son for months, she resigned via text without notice a day before a shift. No prior discussion or warning, only after calling out 30 min before a shift twice. Reliability, professionalism and communication are as important as quality of care.
