About Chelsea

Since I was 15 years old, I have loved caring for children. I have worked with children as young as 3 months to 12 years old. I worked in my church nursery before I was 18 years old. I then took an internship at a church where I worked with grades K-4 for a year. I came back to my hometown in Antioch, CA and worked in a preschool for a little under two years. I was then a nanny for two boys, ages 5 and 3, in Lafayette, CA for about a year and a half. Then, for the three years following I have worked for and enjoyed an after school program at a private school where I took care of grades K-3. After that, my husband and I lived in Washington for a about a year and served at a church. I worked in an after school program for the YMCA with elementary age children and loved it! Then in May 2014 my husband and I welcomed our son! He is currently 3 years old now and starting preschool soon. My youngest son was born this past December and is almost 6 months now!
