Jenna was a lifesaver for our family!! Her kindness, patience, and good cheer were evident from the first day, and never flagged. Our job was not an easy one -- a two week job with no notice or time to 'meet' the baby (11 month old daughter's daycare closed temporarily for a Covid exposure), baby girl was teething and a little sick, plus loud construction at the home. Honestly a caregiver's worst nightmare! But Jenna was unfazed, and kept our daughter calm, entertained, and happy. Even when our daughter went through some separation anxiety during the hand offs, Jenna was able to redirect her to quiet, happy play. I highly recommend Jenna as a babysitter or nanny to anyone looking for a great caregiver!
