About Jenna

We are so incredibly sad to be parting ways with our nanny, Jenna, only because we’re moving out of state. She has been the most wonderful, reliable, and loving presence in our daughter’s life—and in ours. Jenna has been with us since our daughter was just 7 months old, and she has supported her through every stage: bottle feeding, baby-led weaning, starting solids, teething, crawling, standing, walking, swimming, and even learning sign language. She challenges our daughter in all the right ways and treats her with the same love and care as if she were her own. She is always early (never once late!), incredibly flexible, and has stayed late on short notice without hesitation. Jenna does everything exactly how we ask—never needing reminders—and she’s constantly going above and beyond to create a safe, happy, and clean environment. We never once had to worry about our daughter’s safety because we knew Jenna was always thinking ahead and being conscientious in every situation. She took our daughter to music and library classes, the splash pad, and the pool in the summer. Even in the cold Boston winters, she bundled up and made sure they got outside every single day. She helped us build a dependable routine and was always one step ahead in anticipating our daughter’s needs. She even offered thoughtful advice on baby products and developmental transitions when we asked. Per our request, Jenna sent us photos and videos throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind and helped us feel connected to the little moments we would have otherwise missed. I work from home, and Jenna always read the room—she knew when it was best to take our daughter out for an adventure so I could focus, and she did it with grace and ease. Jenna became an extension of our family, and we trusted her completely. We truly could not have done the last 7 months without her. Any family would be beyond lucky to have Jenna in their lives. We will miss her more than words can say.
