About Jenna

Hi! My name is Jenna! I have been an elementary school teacher for almost 20 years, supporting students in Math, ELA and essential study skills. I strongly believe in connecting with the student in order to build on current and upcoming skills. In addition, I believe that fostering a genuine love for learning is far more impactful than simple memorization. By utilizing diverse strategies--such as visual aids, discussions, games and hands-on activities--I tailor my approach to meet your child's unique needs. I will always I communicate what we are working on, along with what the focus and goals will be in the upcoming weeks. I hold a graduate degree from Montclair State University and am fully prepared to support your student in your home, online, or at a local library. I look forward to hearing from you and helping your child grow!
