About Mary

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is my passion. With a graduate degree and 10 years of experience as a school librarian, I specialize in building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning in elementary students. I believe every child succeeds with personalized support, so I adapt my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication--to fit your child's unique style. When concepts feel challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and connect them to real-world interests to keep momentum high. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with families to ensure we are a collaborative team. Whether we meet at your home, the library, or online, I am dedicated to helping your student master English, computer skills, and effective study habits. Seeing that "aha!" moment when a concept clicks is why I love what I do, and I look forward to supporting your child's growth.
