About Jenifer

Hi! I'm Jenifer - an educator, teaching artist, curriculum designer, and professional curiosity-starter! I have a master's degree and experience spanning elementary and university teaching, STEAM, literacy, music, arts integration, creative technology, and experiential learning. My style is warm, playful, encouraging, and highly individualized. I love figuring out how a particular child learns and finding another doorway when something isn't clicking - whether that means drawing it, building it, moving, making it a game, or connecting it to the real world. I support learners with math, science, reading, writing, homework, projects, study skills, STEAM, and enrichment. I enjoy curious, creative, gifted, and outside-the-box learners. My goal is bigger than finishing homework: I want kids to discover, Hey, I CAN do this! and build confidence, curiosity, and independence along the way. And yes - we'll probably laugh quite a bit too
