Jenice has watched our son for the last year and half, first all day Wed-Fri for a year and now evenings after daycare. We are consistently impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and trustworthiness - exceeds expectations! She easily adapts to my busy (and unpredictable) schedule without ever missing a beat. Whether on nights or running late, Jenice makes sure our son is not only cared for, but thriving, challenged, and having fun. She even makes gentle suggestions to keep him on track (which I appreciate!) She comes up with activities, plans meals, picks him up from daycare, and keeps him on his schedule even when ours is chaotic. She even watched a friend's infant for a couple months this spring alongside ours. Despite caring for two kids under 1, she continued to make sure our baby made his nap times, play dates, meal times and other activities resulting in the nanny share being a success. We are so grateful for Jenice!
