Jenelle is very thorough and detailed in her cleaning. Which really is helpful because I am not - so she gets the housekeeping areas I ALWAYS forget about. She is amazing with my kids - she is very patient with them and when my son constantly asks questions (which gets me annoyed) she takes he time to answer them or help him find the answers himself. She is very hands on with the kids! Also I am in that sandwich generation of caring for kids and caring for parents and grandparents, which she has helped me with. She treats my mother with such respect and is a great respite provide. And when my grandmother was alive, Jenelle did some basic housekeeping for her but mainly did companion care and made sure Granny kept her oxygen on and that she didn't fall. Also I have hired her to take my corgi, Hannah Grace, and my lab, Buddy Hackett on walks for me and spend time with my fur-babies during the day when I was gonna be gone. Highly recommend!
