I bring over 20 years of childcare experience with infants through pre-teens in both private homes and clinical settings. I also served as an Activities Director in a hospital program for children with special needs, designing structured, therapeutic activities tailored to diverse developmental and behavioral needs. My approach balances emotional safety, clear structure, and age-appropriate independence. I create intentional daily routines that include outdoor play, creative projects, literacy support, and problem-solving activities. CPR and First Aid certified, with some college coursework, I'm comfortable with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, travel, and swim supervision.
