I have personal experience caring for a parent with dementia, traumatic brain injury from a fall and post stroke challenges. I am compassionate and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
