Vanessa was an incredible home health aide for my elderly parents. She followed every request I made and went above and beyond in every way. What meant the most was how she treated them—with dignity, respect, and compassion. She never talked down to them or took over, but instead supported their independence and self-worth. We were lucky to have her, and she will be deeply missed.
