About Jazzlyn

Hi! I'm Jazz - a recent college graduate with a passion for helping kids feel more confident in school. I tutor elementary, middle, and early high school students in math, science, history, reading, and writing. I'll be available through the fall before shipping out for military service in December. I hold a degree in International Studies with a minor in Spanish, a 200-hour TEFL certification, and I'm currently working on my master's. I focus on making learning feel less overwhelming and more approachable-especially for students who need extra patience or encouragement. When I'm not tutoring, I'm probably dancing bachata in my kitchen, crocheting something cozy, or watching videos about other cultures. I bring that same energy and curiosity into every session. I love creating a space where your child feels comfortable asking questions, building skills, and even enjoying learning again!
