I am a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience supporting children and individuals with developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. My background combines professional behavioral support with compassionate caregiving, helping clients build communication, independence, and confidence through evidence-based strategies and positive reinforcement. In addition to my RBT work, I have experience caring for animals, especially cats and dogs, which has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to create calm, structured environments. I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of those I care for -- whether they're clients or pets.
