About Mallory

Hi! I'm Mallory, a special-needs caregiver with 10+ years of professional experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities. I spent 5 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a clinical setting and 5 years as a Special Education Paraprofessional in an autism-focused classroom. I've also completed extensive professional development in autism, behavior, communication, and safety. I currently provide one-on-one care for a child with significant autism and disabilities resulting from a TBI, including personal care, meals, behavioral support, communication assistance, structured routines, close supervision, and seizure-related safety needs. I offer respite care, date nights, evenings, and weekend care. I'm compassionate, dependable, patient, and experienced with children who require more specialized support than traditional babysitting. My goal is to give parents peace of mind while providing safe, respectful, and calming care.
