About Jay-lianna

I'm passionate about supporting children's growth and development. As a friendly, patient, and resilient caregiver with three years of paid experience, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives. I have also interned and observed in many classrooms throughout my high school and college education. I also work for FCPS during the summer as a teacher assistant. I believe in fostering an environment that promotes learning, creativity, and fun. I would follow the parents' lead in terms of household rules and can use their preferred communication method to keep them updated. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and enjoy playing lots of games with them, including educational games, imaginative play, and outdoor activities. I'm also comfortable with pets and have a car. I've completed some college and am fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm excited about the opportunity to work with you and your family and look forward to getting to know your children.
