About Jaylen

Hello, my name is Jaylen, and I am a Junior at Saint Joseph's University. I currently study Business Administration with a Sports Marketing Minor and a Pre-Law concentration. Despite not pursuing a career in education or childcare, I have extensive experience of working with kids in afterschool care and in full time day camp, as both a camp counselor and team lead for over 3 years. Through my work experience and being the oldest sibling, I am well versed in working with children of ages 5 and above. I am also able to work as a tutor to serve your child, and help them excel in their studies. I am also CPR/Heimlich Certified, and can cook for your children as well with ease. I am also comfortable with working with children with special needs, and understand the nuance and care that it takes to watch over them. Yes, I understand that I am a black man, and I am still just as capable of watching your child as anybody else! I will make sure they are happy, well fed, and extra safe.
