About Jaylen

I like working with kids because I enjoy helping kids learn and create memories that they'll remember for the rest of their lives. I want to teach them to open up and embrace who they are. During my time working as a summer camp counselor I learned a lot about how important having a bond with the kids you work with is extremely important. Helping them with things they are passionate about and working to find a future for them in that interest. All of it is important to me and it's what I enjoy the most!! One thing you should know about me is I tend to take an individual's feelings very seriously. I try to keep in mind how someone feels when it comes to almost everything. I always try my best to stick to the rules and guidelines of whoever I'm working for. But I don't mind bending the rules a bit to make someone smile!!
