About Jaylene

Hi families! I'm Jaylene, a 19-year-old college student with a big heart for working with kids. I grew up babysitting my younger siblings and my older sister's two kids. I am responsible, patient, and caring, and I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. I enjoy working with kids because it's rewarding to support their growth, help them build confidence, and watch them learn and express themselves. I started working full time at a daycare last summer as a floater, gaining experience with multiple age groups, and was later promoted to an infant teacher, where I focused on attentive care and early development. I am dependable, calm in different situations, and able to adapt to children's needs and routines. I value clear communication, consistency, and building positive relationships with families.
