About Jaylah

Hi everyone, My name is Jaylah, and I have a Bachelor's in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry. During college, I worked as an Academic Mentor for students in grades 6-8, where I discovered my passion for teaching and helping students understand challenging concepts in fun, approachable ways. I especially enjoy working with Math and Science but am also happy to help with English assignments, test prep, and school projects. I've primarily worked with middle schoolers, however, am more than willing to work with all grade levels! Outside of academics, I'm part of a volleyball and running league and would love to support students who are learning or interested in these sports!
