About Jayden

Hi! My name is Jayden and I'm 23 years old with about 5 years of experience working with children. My background includes babysitting, working as a childcare teacher (ages 0-11), supporting students as a school bus associate, and working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, I helped children with behavioral and developmental needs build communication, independence, and everyday life skills. I also have my certification in Early Childhood Education from DMACC! I love getting to know each child's unique personality and helping them learn and grow. I'm patient, dependable, and always focused on creating a safe, positive environment.
