About Mckenna

I have hands-on childcare experience working as both a camp counselor and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a camp counselor, I supported children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment by leading activities, promoting teamwork, and ensuring each child felt included. I was able to safely care for a group of 8-10 children for a week. As an RBT, I work one on one with children who have developmental and behavioral needs, using evidence-based strategies to support skill development, communication, and positive behavior. I am patient, responsible, and passionate about helping children grow and succeed. I also have been an after school supervisor for fifth grade and helped implement fun crafts and games to do during their stay. My boyfriend has a 6yr old girl who I adore! I have also done light babysitting gigs for my friend's babies/kids.
