I've spent over 10 years in product management, which mostly means taking something complicated and messy and turning it into steps a normal person can follow. Auto finance, healthcare, insurance, software. The subject changes, the job doesn't. I have an MBA in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana, so finance and statistics coursework is home turf. I'm SAFe and Scrum certified, so I've sat those exams myself. I also passed the Indiana real estate licensing exam and I'm working through the broker material now. I got there by building my own study system instead of cramming the whole pile at once. That's where most people get stuck. Every chapter feels like it matters the same amount, so you spread yourself thin and walk in having half-learned everything. Working with me, I don't lecture and I don't re-teach the course. We find where you're actually losing points and start there. Plain words.
