My name is Jasmin. I received my Master's of Science in Education and certification to teach Early Childhood through 6th grade in 2014 from Sarah Lawrence College (Bronxville, NY). All of my work experience has been with children, including Full-Time Teaching (15 years and counting), Camp Counseling (4 summers), Babysitting (10+ years), and Nannying for 2 summers (full-time, live in). I have worked with many children of varying ages and am as comfortable with babies as I am with teens. I was as an Assistant Teacher in a 4's class at an ECC while in college, so I am used to providing children with structured academic work as well as stimulating play. I strongly believe children learn the most through meaningful experiences and I hope to provide every child that I work with, both inside and outside the classroom, the opportunity to have such experiences. I am available after school hours, most Saturdays, and during school breaks, as I am currently teaching full-time.

I hired Jasmin to watch my 7 and 10 year old kids. From the moment they met her, they loved her!!!! She was creative, fun and kept great care of the kids! She is bright, charming and you'd swear she just stepped right off of Sesame Street! Just wonderful all around. Definitely will hire her again!!
