As a nurturing and experienced caregiver with a decade of experience, I find great joy in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. My time as a flight attendant and substitute teacher for CPS has further reinforced my passion for working with children of all ages. With a patient and calm demeanor, I easily connect with children and create a friendly and approachable atmosphere. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style.
