As a caregiver with 14+years of experience, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting roles have been highly rewarding, and I am also driven by my desire to assist families and provide them with a trustworthy childcare option. I approach childcare with patience and calmness, while also incorporating creativity and imagination into activities. When communicating with parents, I believe in transparent communication, providing written daily reports and engaging in verbal communication at pickup. My approach to enforcing household rules is based on following the parents' lead and respecting their parenting style. As I know and understand how everyone's parenting styles are different. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. My background includes some college education, and I am proficient in both English and Spanish.
