About Jariya

Hello, My name is Jariya, but you can call me Jaya. I am a 28-year-old nursing student with over five years of childcare experience, looking for a part-time, occasional, or date-night nanny position. My journey began as an au pair, where I cared for twins in Santa Monica, California, followed by a year in Montclair, New Jersey, looking after a 3-year-old and an 18-month-old. My responsibilities included meal prep, take them out for outside activities, arts and crafts, and bedtime routines. I enjoy working with kids because they are naturally curious and enthusiastic about learning. I find it rewarding to involve and support their growth, encourage their creativity, and create a fun, safe environment where they can thrive. Please note, my availability is limited due to my school schedule: I have classes Friday night and 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. While I'm seeking weekend and occasional roles, I appreciate understanding of my school commitments. Thank you!
