It’s hard to put into words just how much Jackie has meant to our family over the past year and a half. From the very beginning, she has been so much more than someone who helps after school—she has become a trusted, caring presence in our home and someone we all genuinely love. Jackie picks up my daughter from school, takes her to activities, helps with homework, gets her bathed, and somehow makes our evenings feel calm and manageable. I'm constantly amazed by how much she accomplishes in the few hours she's with us. Somehow, she finds time to do the dishes, fold laundry, and prep meals — all without ever making it seem rushed or overwhelming. What I treasure most, though, is the relationship she has built with my daughter. My daughter absolutely adores Jackie and looks forward to seeing her every day. Jackie has become like a big sister to her—someone she trusts, laughs with, learns from, and feels completely comfortable around. Jackie is one of the hardest-working people I've met. She is incredibly dependable, always punctual, communicates proactively, and has been wonderfully flexible whenever our schedule changes. She truly cares, and it shows in everything she does. We feel incredibly fortunate that Jackie is part of our family. I can't recommend her highly enough. Any family would be lucky to have someone as warm, capable, thoughtful, and dedicated as Jackie.
