Along with being a professional nanny since 2003. I was a special needs teacher for 9th grade. I worked at a project based learning charter school that practices inclusion. I quickly found that I was able to develop camaraderie with my students fast. Most of my job requirement was creating an individual education plan, modifying curriculum, developing study groups, and managing grades. But my favorite aspect of the job was when we had fun after a long day of learning.
