Hi there! I'm happy to help you with your childcare and/or tutoring needs. I most recently worked with a family tutoring a 7-year-old boy in his school studies, and his mom in English. Previously I was a nanny for several families with small children. I worked as an instructional assistant in special education in a school district in Southern California for 11 years. My duties included assisting a student confined to a wheelchair with all her daily needs. I assisted with other students in special education, including those with Autism, medically fragile, Down Syndrome, emotionally disturbed, visually impaired and hearing impaired. I also have experience with Sensory Integration Dysfunction, ADHD, and ODD. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have Crisis Intervention Prevention training, and a clear background check and driving record. I look forward to speaking with you!
