About Janice

I have had the pleasure of assisting an elderly female the last two years. . Previously, I helped not only my Mother, but other elderly individuals as well. I helped my deceased Mother in Law who had ALS, and my deceased Step Father with Dementia. I also provided care for a 93 y/o for over a year. I view the skill set for this job to be one where you first and foremost show care, respect and understanding, build trust and develop strong relationships through compassion, patience and strong interpersonal skills. Through my position in Sales (managing 50 people)and working with individuals with Alzheimer's /dementia, I know I possess these fundamental, but very important skills, to develop a close relationship with that individual requiring senior care. I enjoy playing cards, games, crafting, and shopping.
