I took care of both of my parents for years until they passed away. My Mom was 90 and my Dad was 96. In 2017 I began as a companion to a 95-year-old woman. I spent two years with her and as she declined, I took on more responsibility. I wrapped her legs, took her blood pressure, managed her medication, made her meals, helped with her mobility, took her to doctor, hair and nail appointments, changed her diapers and kept her clean, and was holding her hand when she passed away. I then helped care for a 91-year-old woman in memory care. I took her out to doctor appointments, lunches, church, hair appointments, did her laundry, showered her and just spent time with her. I have worked for a woman in Fallbrook for five years. My duties included transportation to doctor appointments, house cleaning, laundry, companionship, help with mobility. Most people find me kind, patient and compassionate. I would love to help take care of your loved one.
