About Janetta

Janetta home cared for our elderly mother’s husband as he lived with advanced Parkinson’s, and in that kind of situation, every day was a little different. He needed constant supervision, mobility support, and close attention to freezing of gait episodes, and Janetta handled all of it with patience, steadiness, and genuine care. She also kept track of his blood pressure, hydration, food intake, medication timing, mood, and changes in his overall condition. Beyond that, she was a wonderful companion, always finding ways to keep him engaged with activities that were enjoyable and thoughtful. What meant the most to us was not just that Janetta was reliable and attentive, but the kind of person she is. She brought warmth, good humor, and a natural ease to a very difficult situation. She could laugh at herself when the moment called for it, and that made her presence even more special. She took her responsibilities seriously, and balanced that with a kind and calming presence. Her care made a hard time more manageable for him and for our family, and we will always think of her as a truly special person.
