Caregiving is a field that allows me to build meaningful relationships. I want to make a lasting difference by bringing joy to someone's daily routine, helping them feel safe, valued, and comfortable in their own home. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, lively, and reliable. I like caring for seniors because it allows me to remember and re-experience the good times I had with my own mom and dad. My parents have both passed away and spending time with other older adults is as much a blessing to me as to them. My goal is to work for a family that appreciates my assistance in providing a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for their senior. I started caring for seniors when my own parents became ill. In my spare time, I like to visit my grandchildren, walk on park trails, and read. I focus on supporting what seniors can do, rather than just managing what they can no longer do. My skills include good communication practices and flexibility.
