I'm a healthy, active 71-year-old looking to work as a senior companion. I cared for my father from 2008 to 2013, providing companionship, daily support, and a listening ear. I'm in excellent health with no medical conditions and have stayed fit through regular strength training for over 20 years. I'm a certified personal trainer, retired chiropractor, and certified nutrition coach, so I understand the importance of staying active and well. I'm kind, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others feel their best.
