Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 15+ years of experience caring for seniors. I also cared for my mother with Alzheimer's for three years while she lived with my family. As her disease progressed, she no longer remembered our names, but she always knew we were "her people." My experience includes Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, hospice care, wound care, medication management, Hoyer lifts, transportation, doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and companionship. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, respected, and cared for. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give is a listening ear, a kind word, or simply being present. I am patient, dependable, compassionate, and committed to treating every client like family. When I'm not caregiving, I enjoy spending time with my three toddler grandchildren and my three dogs-a Goldendoodle, an Aussiedoodle, and an Afghan Hound who all think they're human!

Our family was so lucky to connect with Janet in our time of greatest need. Over 8 months, she was there for us at every opportunity possible and consistently went above and beyond to help me care for my husband. She was so patient with and kind to my husband while he struggled with severe dementia, including feeding him, administering medications, cleaning him in the bathroom, and walking beside him to ensure he was safe at all times while he paced for hours around the house. Janet brought light and laughter into a home darkened by my husband's disease. While my husband has passed, Janet has become family and will remain in our lives for years to come.
