I'm a San Diego native with 15 years of experience in dementia care, acute care, and geriatric nursing. What I most want to bring to your loved one's life is companionship, connection, and something to look forward to each day. I love cooking delicious meals and planning outings around each person's interests--whether that's the park, zoo, Christmas shopping, or a favorite café. I'll gently encourage daily fresh air and time outside, as their mobility, comfort, and care needs allow. Having cared for my own father through dementia, I understand how much patience, reassurance, and kindness matter. I'm experienced with sundowning and calming agitation, and I'll take time to learn your loved one's routines, preferences, and what brings them joy. Available for full-time, live-in, short-term, or long-term care. Meal preparation and laundry can be included for additional compensation agreed upon together.
