About Janelle

I'd describe my personality as helpful, pays attention to details, encourages, and supportive. I like working with kids because it brings me immense joy. I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging environment where they can learn and grow. I'm looking for a job where I'm able to utilize my knowledge and experience in childcare and child development. I started working with kids shortly after my little brother was born and I was the main caregiver while my parents were working and going on date nights which initially sparked my interest, in high school I took several child development classes and received hands-on experience then I became a gymnastics coach for toddlers. In my spare time, I like to read and spend time with friends and family, and currently learning how to crochet. My skills include being hard-working, problem-solving, ability to motivate, flexibility, able to time manage effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
