About Janel

I am 44 years old and have been caring for children for approximately 30 years. I have done babysitting, camp counseling, nannying, and helping to raise my younger siblings. My former nanny family was originally from Cincy and I moved with them in March of 2018 to help transition their family, and to homeschool their older boys. I have had the pleasure of caring, teaching, guiding, and loving on children from birth up to the lovely teenage years. I've been responsible for light housekeeping, preparation of meals, laundry, driving the children to and from school, outside activities, and other appointments such as doctor and therapy appointments. I've cared for up to four children in a family. My strengths include multi-tasking, organization, and dependability. I enjoy engaging with children of all ages, and involving them in activities where they think, learn, grow, show their creative side, get messy, and most importantly, have fun.
