About Janay

Hi! My name is Janay, and I'm a responsible, caring, and patient babysitter with experience working with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. I previously worked at a family daycare in Raleigh NC and also worked with an elementary school Recreation & Parks after-school program in Baltimore County, where I helped supervise, engage, and support children in a safe and positive environment. I am currently in college and hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT), and BLS provider. My background in healthcare, mentoring, and caregiving has helped me develop strong communication, safety awareness, patience, and compassionate caregiving skills.
