Hello! I'm Cynthia, a highly trained childcare professional with a background in Montessori education, infant/toddler development, and social work. I've nannied for multiple families, coached young children, and completed an international internship in Lisbon working with toddlers creating emotional-regulation programs. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, a Registered Behavior Technician, experienced with milestone tracking, sleep routines, early language skills, and gentle, responsive caregiving. I bring a calm, structured, development-focused approach to every family I work with while still keeping play fun and meaningful. I aim to support not just the child, but the entire family.
