About Janae

Hi! I am Jade. I love how each child thinks differently and I love seeing them grow. I am good with schedules if needed and I have experience with special needs kids and children with allergies. I love learning and seeing how the child in my care grows and learns about this confusing world. I want to be able to have enough experience with as much as I can so I can know how to handle my own kids one day and how to be more patience in life. I started working with kids when I was 13. It would start with me watching some of the younger kids at my church then it became my parents friends kids then eventually I went and was a nanny for a few months. Currently I work at Mentoring Alliance so l've very familiar with kids of all ages. I also work at a church as a nursery assistant. I have worked with kids of adhd/autism. I am crp certified. I am patient when a kid gets upset I like to make sure they are able to explain how they're feeling and how it happened and what we can do to fix it.
