Preparing meals low sodium, low sugar diet and purée diet. Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting. Household errands: laundry, housekeeping Transportation: driving to and from doctor's appointments, running errands. Health monitoring: Follow care plan, report any changes in the client's health. I also offer $50 bed bath/shower visits for someone who needs help or to relieve the caregiver.
