Hi, my name is Teresa. I love serving and caring for seniors. I have 12 years experience in caregiving for seniors. Im passionate about making them feel loved and be well taken care of. I will provide compassionate care. II can accommodate daily routines, teach and assist with physical therapy exercises. Also medication management and wound care. I also have 4 years experience with dementia care. I guarantee a clean, nurturing, and safe environment. I do cooking, cleaning, wound care, dressing, bathing, grooming, exercises, walks and toileting. I am certified as a physical therapy aide, so I can accommodate and teach exercises and stretches. I also do massage therapy. I help with transferring, walking and mobility aid. I can shop for and cook delicious healthy meals. I aid in appointment management and transportation to appointment and errands.
