Hi, my name is Teresa. I love serving and caring for seniors. I have 7 years experience in caregiving for seniors. Im passionate about making them feel loved and be well taken care of. I will provide compassionate, personal, physical, and emotional support. I assist with transportation to doctor's appointments and fun gatherings. I accommodate daily routines, physical therapy exercises, and medication management and wound care. I guarantee a clean, nurturing, and safe environment. I help with cooking, cleaning, wound care, dressing, grooming, and exercises, walks and toileting. I am certified as a physical therapy aide, so I will accommodate and teach exercises and stretches. I also do massage therapy. I help with transferring, walking and mobility aid. I can shop for and cook delicious healthy meals. I provide a safe, loving environment, prepare meals, do laundry and light cleaning. I aid in appointment management and transportation to appointment and errands. TLC is my specialty!
