About James

While earning my doctoral degree, I worked in the Don Orione Nursing Home in East Boston, now Advocate. I served as the Floor Coordinator ensuring all medical folders were up to date, welcoming visitors, engaging residents in conversation, assisting with tasks, and serving tea, coffee, and water. Next, I worked in the ENT office of Harvard Vanguard, now Atrius Health, servicing hearing aids. On Cape, I served as Clinical Admin for the Community Health Center of Cape Cod. These experiences taught me how to navigate insurance, pharmacy, provider, and transportation procedures, including prior auths for hearing aids and GLP-1s and scheduling PT-1s for appointments.
