Hello, my name is Sincere. I am a compassionate, energetic, and dependable caregiver with over 10 years of experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old, as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), behavioral health needs, and physical disabilities. I also work as a Clinical Support Professional at a private family practice. I am Nurse Aide trained, CPR certified, and trained in early childhood development, universal precautions, food preparation, and person-centered care. Caring for others is my passion. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child and individual feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
